Gentle supportive solutions for every family

About Us

How I Help

If sleep has become a battle, you're in the right place.

You're not alone. And you don’t have to figure this out alone.

I’m Kirstie — founder of Arc & Ry Sleep Solutions, a mum of two, and a certified infant and child sleep consultant. I know first-hand how all consuming sleep struggles can be, and I’m here to guide and support you with empathy, clarity, and care.

I offer in-depth, 1:1 support that’s grounded in evidence, guided by your child’s development, and delivered with heart. This is personalised, responsive sleep support, with someone truly in your corner.

I’ll walk alongside you with calm, professional guidance and a whole lot of compassion. You’ll be supported every step of the way — no judgement, no pressure, just real help that works for your family.

Together, we will:

  • Understand what’s really happening with your child’s sleep

  • Build gentle routines that support better rest — for everyone

  • Introduce settling strategies that feel right for you

  • Take the overwhelm out of bedtime and night wakes

  • Help you feel confident, informed, and supported

Whether you’re navigating endless night wakes, contact naps, early rising or just feeling lost — I’m here. You deserve sleep, peace, and the confidence to know you're doing an amazing job.

Sleep isn’t just about your baby, it’s about the wellbeing of your whole family.

And I’m here to support all of you, every step of the way.

Mum of 6 week old

We have had such a positive experience working with Kirstie. She is really lovely and has been easy to work with. In just 2 weeks, with regular support and check ins we have seen a huge improvement in our daughters sleep. We were consistently contact napping and are now able to support our baby to fall asleeo in her cot. A bonus is now she is often able to resettle herself during naps which I didn’t think would be possible at this stage. The tools we have implemented under Kirstie’s advice have had a positive impact on our daily rhythms and we are feeling much more confident and positive towards building long term successful and health sleeping habits.

Mum of 9 week old

We are really appreciative of the advice and guidance Kirstie prodived us to help our little one improve her sleep. In just 2 weeks we were able to increase overnight stretches from 2-3 hours to 4 hours (even got a 6 hour stretch!) We have also started to achieve naps in her cot rather than all contact naps. We are excited to keep practicing the sleep foundations Kirstie shared to see what we can achieve over the next period. Thank you again for your guidance!!

Mum of 6 week old

Working with Kirstie has been a pleasure, as a first time mum it’s such a steep learning curve and there is so much information out online about sleep training from birth (which cannot actually be done but from birth but you can start great sleep habits) but Kirstie has been helping my Bub and I learn about his specific wake windows and listening to his cues which has led us to longer night sleeps! She reassured me and has her own experiences which is so relatable and gives an understanding on what we need. Talking with Kirstie the last few weeks has been a dream with her check ins and she was always available when I had any questions at all.
