We have had such a positive experience working with Kirstie. She is really lovely and has been easy to work with. In just 2 weeks, with regular support and check ins we have seen a huge improvement in our daughters sleep. We were consistently contact napping and are now able to support our baby to fall asleep in her cot. A bonus is now she is often able to resettle herself during naps which I didn’t think would be possible at this stage. The tools we have implemented under Kirstie’s advice have had a positive impact on our daily rhythms and we are feeling much more confident and positive towards building long term successful and health sleeping habits.
